Do you sell gift cards?

Not at the moment, but this will be added very soon!

What is your return policy?

Custom or personalised items are non refundable unless faulty, therefore please ensure you have provided the correct details, including colour, fabric, font and spelling.

 

All other items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Postage costs won’t be refunded and you’ll need to pay return postage back to us. Where agreed, a refund will be issued once the item arrives back with us in a new and unused condition.

What is your current turn around time?

Our current turn around time is between 2-3 weeks from an order being placed (this does not include delivery times). However, if you need an item by a certain date please do let us know and we will do our best to accomodate!

Missing post

If the situation arises whereby an item goes missing once posted, we must wait the recommended time as advised by the Royal Mail before a replacement can be shipped.
